Amenities

All guests using amenities must be accompanied by the homeowner and can only be accessed with their assigned amenities (ADT) card. Providing access to anyone without their ADT card is prohibited.

POOL, SPA, CLUBHOUSE, TENNIS COURTS & BASKETBALL COURT

• Hours of Operation 8:00am – 10:00pm (unless posted otherwise)

 

Pool

• Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times. Street clothes are not permitted in the pool.

• Music must be listened to via headphones or earbuds.

• Running and diving are not permitted.

• Pool toys may only be used if there are only a few people in the pool and must be removed from pool when you get out.

• No glass containers are allowed inside of the pool area.

• Food and drink must be consumed away from the pool at a table or chair.

• Smoking must be done away from the pool and other occupants and an ashtray is to be used.

• The shower is for rinsing off only and no shampoo or soap is allowed.

• Please be respective of the people around you when speaking about any controversial topics.
   

Spa

• Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times. Street clothes are not permitted in the spa.

• Anyone under the age of 12 is not permitted in the spa.

• Food and drink may not be consumed around the spa.

• Please rinse off before entering the spa if you have used any sort of lotion.

• Please be respective of the people around you when speaking about any controversial topics.

Clubhouse

• The clubhouse may be reserved for private parties by contacting the office. There is a $100.00 deposit required that will be returned provided it is clean and returned to its original state.

• Guests of private parties are not allowed to use the pool or any other amenities.

 

Tennis Courts

• The tennis courts are for playing tennis only! Residents and their family members may not utilize these courts for roller blading, skateboarding, bike riding or any other activity. Proper shoes must be worn at all times.

Basketball Court

• The basketball court is for playing basketball only! Residents and their family members may not utilize these courts for roller blading, skateboarding, bike riding or any other activity. Dogs are not allowed inside of the basketball court.

Playground

• The playground is for the express purpose of enjoying the swing set. Climbing on the structure is prohibited. Dogs are not allowed inside of the playground.

 

USE OF ALL AMENITIES WILL BE SUSPENDED WHEN HOA DUES ARE IN AREARS FOR 90 DAYS
